APPRAISALS:
The best way to get your property sold quickly is to price it right. By calling a Real Estate Agent in to appraise your property you can be sure that you will get an unbiased opinion. You may have a figure in mind that you would like to ask and this may not be realistic. An appraisal is based on comparative prices paid for properties in the area and a price per square foot of land and building. Some things that affect market value are location, land size and quality and size of building. There is a minimal charge unless
the property is listed exclusively with EQL.
CONSULTATION:
If you are considering renovations to your property with a view to leasing it, call on us before you start. We deal with Tenants on a regular basis and know their requirements. Let us advise you on what you should or should not do so that the money spent will be worthwhile. There is a fee for this service.
