EQL was established as a family business and is co-owned by Cecil Quesnel (retired) and (daughter) Patricia Lazzari, the current operating Broker.
Our Sales Associates have all successfully completed the AREA/Roytec 'Principles of Real Estate Sales' course and participate in ongoing training. ASSOCIATION OF REAL ESTATE AGENTS:
As a founding member of the AREA we abide by its rules, ethics and code of conduct. We share in its Multiple Listing Service which entitles us to handle properties listed by all the members. Listings placed with us likewise are circulated to all AREA members who can work through us to sell/rent your property. Dealing with an AREA member entitles the client to the services of some 50 Brokers (over 90 sales staff). From the buyers point of view dealing with any one AREA member gives access to all the listings in AREA.
